Christian praxis from a hermeneutical perspective

Liberating pastoral experiences in Latin America

Keywords: Christian praxis, commitment of faith, theological interpretation, hermeneutical keys, understanding of the world

Abstract

Christian praxis viewed through a hermeneutical lens implies recognizing that the commitment of faith is, above all, a process of theological interpretation, since all pastoral action is mediated by an understanding of the world, of God, of humankind, and of its actions. The seven articles presented in this issue of the journal offer precisely these valuable hermeneutical tools, including theological-pastoral analyses and reflections derived from interviews that demonstrate the practical implications of this hermeneutic approach.
