Una respuesta desde la teología El compromiso de las teologías con el reencantamiento del mundo
Abstract
El tema del reencantamiento del mundo presentado por el Dr.
Anthony Balcomb nos llega en un momento donde el vacío, la falta de sentido, parece invadir diferentes dimensiones de la vida humana. Nos amedrenta la crisis ambiental que amenaza el planeta; las continuas catástrofes ecológicas nos hablan del fin de un mundo, el mundo moderno cuyo modelo de desarrollo se ha vuelto insostenible. La xenofobia y el racismo, la guerra, el hambre y la violencia cobran la vida de niños, jóvenes, ancianas, mujeres y hombres de todas las edades.
Pero esta reflexión también nos encuentra en un momento donde desde América Latina, “se oye, se siente” el soplo de vientos nuevos que manifiestan la inconformidad y la decisión firme de caminar con los propios pies, por otros caminos. Los movimientos sociales, la búsqueda de alternativas dejan de ser un discurso repetitivo y saltan a las calles transformando realidades y buscando formas de reinventar la historia, repensar los seres humanos y recrear el mundo.
