Theological criticism of the propaganda against "gender ideology"
Abstract
This article provides a critical theological analysis of the methodology and content of the propaganda against the so-called “gender ideology”. It uncovers the political interests of the campaign, and studies three theological assumptions of its content: natural law, the normativity of the Bible, and the fear of relativism. Finally, it develops theological lines for a cosmology, hermeneutics and epistemology for a “theology of inquiry”.
