Piedras en el camino: perspectivas de diálogo interreligioso desde escenarios de conflicto
Abstract
Los países latinoamericanos son una “democracia racial” así como son una “democracia política”. Ambas estas “democracias” favorecen las desigualdades con base en el origen étnico y el lugar social del nacimiento y dificultan, desde el tiempo de la colonización, el diálogo.
Ser indígena, negro o blanco determina las oportunidades sociales en el país y limita las posibilidades de decir su palabra. En esta cons- telación, las fronteras étnico-culturales y religiosas son, al mismo tiempo, fronteras de desigualdad, exclusión y no reconocimiento.
