Abstract
El subtítulo “A Continental Commentary” marca una particularidad de este libro. Procede del evangelicalismo centroeuropeo – concretamente, de la Universidad de Erlangen en Alemania – y el autor trae un punto de visto no sólo muy bien informado sino motivado por el impacto político-espiritual de Apocalipsis. En español han aparecido varios comentarios comparables en años recientes: R. Foulkes (Buenos Aires: Nueva Creación, 1989), P. Richard (San José: DEI, 1994) y J. Stam (Buenos Aires: Nueva Creación, aparecerá 1999; ver Apocalipsis y Profecía, Buenos Aires: Kairos, 1998).
