Vol. 36 No. 1 (2016): Ecología Política
The current ecological and political crisis, with multiple and remote roots, confronts the inhabitants of the planet with lack, pain, and war. However, thanks to the tenacity of some people and groups, it is still possible to have hope in a better world. Some of these hopes, in the context of ecology, are presented in the articles of this issue of the magazine Vida y Pensamiento. Hopes that raise fundamental visions about a non-capitalist ecological ethic, as well as readings of sacred scriptures from that perspective and a suggestive inquiry about the theological character of the cultural industry.
