El dolor humano Una perspectiva desde Lc 6,17-19
Abstract
Pain as a universal experience is the starting point for a more particular focos on the sensitivity of Jesús in the face of the suffering of others in Luke 6,17-19, where the deeds of Jesús – healing the seek, freeing the demon possessed – reveal his concern for those in pain. In this way Jesus confronts the predominant ideology that considers pain and suffering to be the result of sin, and offers new life, announcing that ever moment is the opportune time for mercy and compassion. This compassion implies a humanizing commitment for change in the situation of those who live in pain, including the earth that suffers from the disequilibrium caused by humanity’s ambition.
